reviewed will receive an interview schedule via e-mail. Therefore, applicants must
ensure that they apply using the correct e-mail address and regularly check their
inbox.
※ If the original copy and one photocopy do not arrive by November 6, even if
the interview schedule has been sent, the applicant will be excluded from the
first screening selection. Thus, applicants must strictly adhere to the submission
deadline.

4. Applicant Guidelines
① All application documents must be written in Korean or English. Documents in other languages must be accompanied by a notarized translation. ② If it is discovered that admission was obtained through fraudulent means, such as falsified or altered documents, the admission offer will be revoked. ③ Applicants who submit a certificate of expected graduation must provide the original graduation certificate to the International Exchange Office before the semester begins. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the admission offer. ④ All documents, except those specified as copies, must be submitted in their original form. If the original document cannot be reissued, a copy must be certified by the issuing institution or notarized as identical to the original. ⑤ Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information (address, phone number, etc.) is correctly entered on the application form. The university is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect contact information or inability to reach the applicant, including the cancellation of admission. ⑥ If a visa is denied or if the applicant is unable to enter the country due to visa issuance problems after being admitted, the admission offer will be canceled. ⑦ Application documents will not be returned under any circumstances. ⑧ All classes are conducted in Korean. ⑨ After submitting documents via email, the original documents must be sent to the International Exchange Office at Hosan University by mail. |
